Notice of Annual General Meeting
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Annual General Meeting of St Cuthbert’s Association will be held at St Cuthbert’s Society, 12 South Bailey, University of Durham, Durham DH1 3EE on Saturday, 12 September 2009 at 5.30pm, for the purpose of:
1. To received the Annual Report of the Committee and pass the Accounts
2. To transact any other business of which seven clear days’ notice has been given in writing to the Secretary.

Proxy votes are allowed if submitted in writing by mail, fax or email to the Secretary up to 24 hours in advance of the above meeting. The Committee in its absolute discretion shall determine whether such proxies are valid.
